my love...

For those of you that are not new to this blog, you know my passion for the dark and lovely liquid nectar called coffee--by us, mere mortals.  I have the same feeling for chocolate (the darker the better) and cheese.

I digress.  We're talking about coffee here.  I will go anywhere for a great cup of the stuff.

I have been a fan of INTELLIGENTSIA for quite some time.  They originated in Chicago, where I first discovered them, but have made it West.  My new adopted home of Southern Cali now has it's very own coffee shop and roasting resource.

I am a happy camper.

Oh, by the way--they now have their own dark chocolate candy bar.  What have I done to deserve this?

Thanks for the link, I love the I find the most amazing things through your blog. We are coffee fanatics here as well, and I agree the darker the better. You should check out our little town sometime, right on our square we have a coffee shop that also roasts their own blends as well as a real live chocolate shop. This has been a very good year lol! It's funny hubby & I never liked coffee, but then last year we decided to drink some. Had to put hot chocolate in it to make it so we would like it. Gradually though the hot chocolate in the coffee became less and less. Now we are full blown coffee drinkers or should I say addicts!

Okay I confess I am a Tea-totler.

Not that I don't like Coffee and wish I could indulge, but it just doens't like ME :(

Thus I have learned just to settle for a beverage that has been around since, 28th century b.c.

I do envy YOU!
