cool story...

Imagination and fearlessness at work.

Zach Motl's 178 square foot apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Nice.

Article by Penelope Green

Especially love the last two paragraphs of the story on how Mr. Motl got the job.

Nicely done, Sir. Nicely done.

I too was thrown out of antique stores (thrift stores, furniture stores, carpet stores...the list is long and sad) when I was a mere wee lad. "What does a kid want from in here?"

Wow, that is a cool story!

And I thought my cousin's apartment in Brooklyn was small. Her's is palatial compared to his.

Love the story. His apartment is packed with ingenuity. Glad it did not stop there for him and he got his dream job putting this ingenuity to work by taking photos along.
