perfect pie crust...


My favorite time of year is all around us and I am giddier than a Turkey that's been pardoned by the Prez. I loves me this time of year.

You already know about my deep love of all things food--it runs just as deep as my adoration of all things home improvement.

In that food/holiday/fall/thanksgiving spirit I was going to share my pie crust/recipe thingy with you all and then I came across this video with New York Times "Good Appetite" column writer, Melissa Clark. Yup, her's is better and she rocks it.
