tim fraser brown...

This past Christmas, I hung paint chips from a eucalyptus branch and thought I was being cute for a hot minute. Then, there's this dude--British Artist Tim Fraser Brown. He recreated Manet's 1882 painting, "Bar at the Folies-Bergere" from paint chips.

Tim, I feel like I can call you Tim, I love and hate your overachieving ways. I promise to no longer cheapen the paint chips with my tawdry use of them. Cheers to you!

And now, anti-climactic pics of paint chips on a wall.
Thanks a lot Tim. Good times.

Well, that's just amazing.

Me, I have my paint chips artfully stashed in a drawer.
