what the what...

"The Fabulous Baker Boys", Her turn as Catwoman (still THE best out there), "Dangerous Liaisons"--I could go on and on, but I will spare you.

Michelle has never won an Oscar.

As I get ready to settle into one of my favorite evenings--lots of snacks and beverages and the Academy Awards--I'm once again reminded that every once in a while, in Hollywood, a rare occurrence takes place. Movie star looks, talent and a whole lot of class merge into one glorious film icon.

Michelle Pfeiffer.

She did win a BAFTA for "Dangerous Liaisons".

The Brits often get it right.

Hopefully she will be presenting tonight.
The Oscars would be so lucky.

Martin Scorsese was only recently honored with a statue. The Academy works in mysterious ways.

I'm sure Michelle is very moved by your appreciation.

And thank you for referring to tonight's event as the Academy Awards. I'm chagrined that it's been officially shorthanded into The Oscars.

Beth-

You are correct. In so many ways.

Happy Snacking!

Michelle is a beauty, but alas, I don't think I saw her last night. She's so versatile from drama to comedy and does both well!
