paint it fresh…

The biggest and least expensive visual change you can make in any room is color.

Painting a room is powerful stuff.

Adding Spring color can be tricky because you don’t want to feel like you’re living inside an easter egg factory all year round.

That doesn’t mean you can’t use pastels.

Pastel wall color can work beautifully when it’s partnered with great earthy browns/tans and smokey greys. Also, you can coordinate your pastel with a similar color that is a bit deeper and richer in hue. Just doing a singe accent wall in the darker color and the rest in the lighter shade can create a sense of sophistication and less of a marshmallow peeps feel.
