It's hands down my favorite pie.
My friend Beth alerted me to this National Treasure of a Holiday.
I have never tasted a cherry pie I didn't like. Some more than others, but even the frozen kind from the grocery store that you take home and bake are good to me. You know the kind, the ones that have four paragraphs of ingredients. It should be just cherries, flour, butter and sugar, right? But still, I respect them all.
